Brittany Leon is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. Brittany concentrates her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. She also represents public and private companies and their sponsors on transactions and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology and software, healthcare information technology, consumer products, food and beverage, life sciences and financial services.
Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Brittany was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and worked as corporate counsel for Aramark and WCG Clinical, Inc.
Brittany’s representative matters include:
- Represented a publicly traded leading commercial real estate company in the sale of its business to a publicly traded, global leader in logistics real estate, valued at approximately $13 billion*
- Represented LLR Partners in connection with its acquisition of YCharts, a cloud-based investment analytics and communications platform for RIAs, broker-dealers, and asset managers*
- Represented WCG Clinical, Inc., a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners and Arsenal Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Trifecta Clinical*
