Brooke Lang is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Industry group in the Business Law Department, and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice. Ms. Lang joined Goodwin in 2021.

Ms. Lang focuses her practice on the structure, formation, domestic and international establishment, and ongoing management of a wide variety of private investment vehicles, including real estate funds, private equity funds, venture funds, single-investor structures, fund-of-funds, and hedge funds.
Ms. Lang advises clients on a number of issues, including fund formation, restructuring of open-end and closed-end funds, compliance with partnership and limited liability company law, governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, along with regulatory guidance and compliance. Ms. Lang’s experience includes advising fund managers on negotiations relating to various agreements, such as side letters, service provider agreements and placement agent agreements.Areas of Practice
