Experience
While attending law school, Andrew was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a content editor of The Regulatory Review. He also externed at the DC Headquarters of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he assisted the rulemaking team for the proposed Personal Financial Data Rights rule, and at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Philadelphia Office, where he worked with the Tips, Complaints, and Referrals division.
