Janet Kim

Janet Kim is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Investments Funds practice. She joined Goodwin in 2022.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Kim focused her practice on the representation of both sponsors and investors in the formation and structuring of private equity funds and hedge funds as an associate in the San Francisco office of Ropes & Gray LLP.  Before law school, she worked as a CPA at Deloitte where she primarily focused on private equity and real estate funds financial statement audits.
