Sonja Jounus

Sonja is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups in the firm’s London office. Sonja advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters. She has particular experience advising on private equity and venture capital investments and exits, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganisations, as well as general corporate matters. Sonja advises clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle.

• Forbion (via its new BioEconomy Fund) and FMC Ventures on their investment in the oversubscribed $14 million Series A funding round for SOLASTA Bio. Established in 2021, Glasgow-based SOLASTA Bio has developed the world's first technology platform for creating insect control agents that are nature-inspired rather than selected from a synthetic chemistry library.
