Elena Jacque is a counsel in the firm’s Business Law Department and is part of the firm’s Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (“SPAC”) practice. Ms. Jacque advises clients in all aspects of the SPAC lifecycle, including forming and structuring sponsor entities, representing SPACs and SPAC sponsors in initial public offerings (“IPOs”); and representing operating companies, their investors and SPACs in business combinations.
Ms. Jacque is also a member of the firm’s Technology group, where she represents clients in mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Jacque’s practice encompasses all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including representing domestic and foreign entities, private equity sponsors, and investment banks in private and public company transactions.
In addition, Ms. Jacque represents clients in a wide range of capital market transactions, including initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements of debt and equity, alternative financing and 144A transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
