Thomas Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice, advising and representing clients on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds. Thomas focuses his practice on the formation, structuring and ongoing management of private investment funds, with an emphasis on the representation of managers and their private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, credit funds and impact funds. He also has experience in fund secondaries transactions, including preferred equity financings and LP portfolio sales.

During law school, Thomas worked with local entrepreneurs as a student attorney in Northeastern’s Community Business Clinic as well as serving as a Senior Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review.
