Andrew Hudlow

Andrew is an associate in Goodwin’s Litigation department. His practice focuses on internal investigations, commercial disputes, securities litigation, and matters involving complex financial products.

Andrew has advised clients in internal investigations concerning alleged financial and other misconduct at startups across a range of development stages. He has also worked on numerous securities class action matters and has represented companies offering innovative financial products in disputes with private plaintiffs as well as in matters involving government regulators and enforcement agencies.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Andrew worked as a staff accountant at a boutique venture capital consulting firm, where he assisted venture capital firms with portfolio management, auditor coordination, and portfolio company valuation.
