His practice focuses on intellectual property-driven transactions for life sciences companies, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, co-development agreements, sponsored research agreements, clinical trial agreements, services agreements, material transfer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, manufacturing agreements, and supply agreements. He also advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and royalty monetization deals.
