Frédéric Guilloux is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity Group.

He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, and has represented a wide array of financial institutions, banks, private debt funds and borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.

He also has expertise in Real Estate Finance.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Frédéric was a counsel at Shearman & Sterling, and previously practiced at Linklaters and Orrick.

Experience

Frédéric’s recent transactions include advising:

  • A French multinational bank in the refinancing of the existing debt of Feu Vert Group, specialized in the car maintenance, repair and sale of equipment with 16 legal entities.
  • Eurazeo:
    • in the financing of the LBO of EFESO Management Consultants, a leading international pure player consulting group in industrial operations strategy and performance improvement.
    • In the financing of the acquisition of Tsetinis, a leading business consultancy and a champion for profitability improvement with a unique track record of benefits delivery, by EFESO Management Consultants.
  • Hayfin in the financing of the acquisition of the Batisanté group, a leading provider of compliance and security services and expert in protecting buildings and their occupants, by IK Partners.
  • HoldCo SAS in the financing of the simplified public tender offer for iliad SA shares launched by HoldCo II, a holding company controlled by HoldCo. The iliad Group is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Europe.
  • LFPI in the financing aspects of the acquisition of the Metaline group, a French information technology services group.
  • Naxicap Partners, the founders and the management of Cyllene in the financing aspects of the sale of the Cyllene Group, one of the French leaders in independent IT infrastructure services.
  • Tikehau Capital, alongside Group Zouari, and Mr. Stéphane Pellegrin:
    • in the financing aspects of the acquisition of Stokomani, a French clearance store chain.
    • in the financing aspects of the acquisition of a minority stake in the Maxi Bazar group, a non-food discount products retailer.
