Skyler Gray

Ms. Gray’s representation of companies spans the corporate life-cycle, including company formation, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Gray served as Deputy Legal Counsel to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti. Before her service to the City of Los Angeles, Ms. Gray clerked for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, where she assisted in the court’s multidistrict litigation (MDL) involving over 70,000 products liability cases.
