Laura Garvey

Laura Meier Garvey is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the Technology and Life Sciences group.

Laura represents companies across the corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, corporate governance and public company representation.

Prior to law school, Laura worked in media and publishing. During law school, she worked with Duke Law’s Start-up Ventures Clinic.
