Nick Franco is an associate in the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Goodwin. He joined Goodwin in in 2022 and concentrates his legal practice on representing clients in complex civil litigation with an emphasis on securities litigation and antitrust litigation.
Experience
Nicholas has experience on a variety of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters for a diverse set of clients, ranging from pharmaceutical manufacturers to large financial institutions. He has represented clients in securities litigation, white collar matters, and complex civil litigation in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Nicholas was an associate at Cooley LLP where he assisted clients at all stages of litigation.
While attending law school, Nicholas served as a senior staff editor for the Georgetown Law Tax Journal. He also interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
