Eric Fox is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department. He joined Goodwin in 2010.
Mr. Fox’s practice focus is eDiscovery and he has over a decade’s worth of experience relating to the review, analysis, and production of documents. Mr. Fox has worked on a wide variety of matters, including securities class actions, internal investigations, and commercial contract litigations for clients in consumer mortgage financial services, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries.
Mr. Fox is proud of his pro bono work at the firm and devotes a large amount of his time to helping the immigrant community in the Greater Boston area. He volunteers at Project Citizenship where he assists Legal Permanent Residents in completing their Naturalization Applications, a major step on the path to becoming an American citizen.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Fox taught English in Prague, Czech Republic. He taught government officials at the Office of the President in Prague Castle, the Czech Senate, and the Ministry of Justice. He also taught bankers at the Czech National Bank as well as private banking institutions.
While attending law school, Mr. Fox was an Article Editor for the Moot Court Board’s Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy.
