Austin Fahnestock

Austin Fahnestock is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. He joined Goodwin in 2023.

Austin is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. While in law school, Austin served as a Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review.

Austin was a summer associate with Goodwin in 2022. Prior to joining Goodwin, Austin completed an internship with the Honorable Denis P. Cohen in the Court of Common Pleas for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

While attending Boston College Law School, Austin was a student attorney in its Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, where he counseled start-up clients on choice of entity questions, intellectual property protection, and contractual matters.
