Carolyn Exarhakis

Carolyn Exarhakis is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin. She started at the firm in 2022.

While attending law school, Carolyn was a Notes Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, a member of Georgetown’s Corporate & Financial Law Organization and Women’s Legal Alliance, and a Research Assistant for several law professors. Carolyn was also an Advocacy Intern at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and an Intern at the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to attending law school, Carolyn was a Legal Assistant at The Carlyle Group.
