Irmak Ergin

Irmak Ergin is an associate in the Technology and Life Sciences group and a member of the ERISA & Executive Compensation practice. Irmak advises public and private clients across the technology & life sciences sector on employee share plans and executive remuneration arrangements in connection with M&A, financing and other corporate transactions. In addition, she advises employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements. Irmak joined Goodwin in 2023. Prior to joining Goodwin, Irmak was an associate at another US law firm in London where her work included advising both public and private companies on employee compensation and benefits together with employment law issues in the context of corporate transactions.
