Kim de Glossop is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology and Life Sciences groups. He specializes in all areas of corporate and securities laws, with a primary focus on capital markets transactions. He joined Goodwin in 2019.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Kim was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and Palo Alto, where he primarily advised clients on a range of capital markets transactions, including high yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings, initial public offerings and other equity offerings, tender offers, and PIPE transactions.
