Zac Davidson is a Private Investment Funds associate in the firm’s Private Equity business unit. His practice is focused on representing fund sponsors and investors in connection with secondaries and related liquidity transactions, as well as advising on the formation and structuring of private investment fund vehicles.

While attending Columbia Law School, Zac served as an editorial staff member for Columbia’s Science and Technology Law Review and as a Director of Programming for the Law and Entrepreneurship Society. He also served as an Assistant Vice President of New Energy and Clean Tech for Columbia Business School’s Energy & Infrastructure Club and volunteered as a JD/MBA Pro Bono Innovation Fellow with Start Small Think Big.
