- Represented Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) in its US$1.2 billion acquisition of Specialty Networks, an integrated platform focused on independent physician practices in urology, gastroenterology and rheumatology, as well as life sciences organizations*
- Represented The Duckhorn Portfolio (NYSE: NAPA) in a definitive agreement to acquire Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards, one of the largest luxury Chardonnay wineries in the U.S., from Brown-Forman Corporation for US$400 million in a combination of stock and cash*
- Represented AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) in its exercise of an exclusive right to acquire of Mitokinin, a discovery-stage biotechnology company developing a potentially first-in-class disease-modifying treatment for Parkinson's Disease for US$110 million with additional payments of up to US$545 million*
- Represented Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceuticals business, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, in connection with its acquisition of the remaining interests in bota-vec for the treatment of X-linked retinitis pigmentosa from MeiraGTx Holdings for a total of up to US$415 million*
- Advised ASX-listed Ava Risk Group on its divestment of its services division, Ava Global DMCC*
- Advised ASX-listed Tyro Payments Limited on its acquisition of Medipass Solutions Pty Ltd*
- Advised TYO-listed Nippon Paint Holdings Co. Ltd on its A$3.8 billion acquisition of ASX-listed DuluxGroup Ltd by way of scheme of arrangement*
- Advised M&G Real Estate and CIC on their A$300 million acquisition of Investa's 25% interest in the Beta Trust, owner of Telstra's Sydney headquarters located at 400 George Street, Sydney*
- Advised HEINEKEN on its acquisition of the intellectual property and other assets of the Bonamy's, Little Green and Strongbow ciders businesses and the Stella Artois and Beck's beer businesses in Australia*
- Advised Chevron Australia Downstream Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevron Corporation, on the A$425 million acquisition of Puma Energy (Australia) Holdings Pty Ltd through a competitive bid process, signaling Chevron's re-entry into the Australian petroleum market*
