Jo-an Chen

Jo-an Chen is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2023.

Jo-an was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2022.

During law school, Jo-an worked as a legal intern at BeiGene and HubSpot in Cambridge, MA. Additionally, she served as an Executive Note Editor for the Boston College Law Review and published a Note on the SEC climate change disclosure rule. She also served as a Managing Editor for the Intellectual Property & Technology Forum Journal.

Prior to law school, Jo-an spent three years as a consultant at PwC’s advisory practice in Chicago and New York.
