- In re HIV Antitrust Litigation (N.D.Cal.): Successfully represented Teva in litigation challenging the settlement of patent litigation between Teva and Gilead concerning generic versions of the HIV medications Viread®, Atripla® and Truvada® based on allegations that purported “reverse payments” delayed generic entry
- Mylan v. Teva et al. (D.N.J.): Representing Teva in defending several cases pending in the Districts of New Jersey and Vermont raising antitrust, Lanham Act, RICO, and other claims in relation to Teva’s branded multiple sclerosis product, Copaxone®
- Represented a biotech company in monopolization and contract claims brought against a large pharmaceutical company (S.D.N.Y.)
Commercial Litigation and Investigations:
- Conducted a review of a high-profile internal investigation for a major university
- Represents a software company in a dispute before the ICC
- Represents a software company in a class action securities litigation (S.D.N.Y.)
Pro Bono Representation:
- Represents children seeking immigration assistance through Kids in Need of Defense (KIND)
- Represented an indigent criminal defendant in a federal matter
- Represented the parents of a disabled child to successfully seek Fair Access to Public Education (FAPE) in an administrative matter
