Nikki Cary is an associate in Goodwin’s Financial Industry group and a member of the firm’s Banking, Consumer Financial Services and Fintech practices. She advises financial institutions and fintech companies on transactions and compliance with federal banking laws, state consumer financial services laws, consumer financial services regulations and card network rules. Nikki’s practice has an emphasis on payments-related technology and issues. She represents and counsels clients on various payments-related transactions including co-brand credit card agreements. Nikki joined Goodwin in 2024.
