Kaitlin Carragher is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology and Life Sciences groups. She represents emerging growth companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning and formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate representation and counseling. Ms. Carragher represents both private and public companies across a broad range of industries, including consumer and enterprise software, e-commerce, retail and consumer products, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, proptech, medtech, media and entertainment, and alternative energy and other clean technologies. Ms. Carragher also represents venture capital, corporate, and other strategic investors, advising them on structuring and executing their investment transactions and portfolio dispositions. She joined Goodwin in 2019.
Professional Experience
While attending law school, Ms. Carragher worked as a legal intern at DocuSign. Prior to law school, she worked in non-legal roles at Facebook and Salesforce, and taught mathematics as a Teach for America corps member.
