Tyler Burrows is a Manager of Legal Recruitment in Goodwin’s DC office. He is responsible for entry level and lateral, non-partner attorney hiring. Tyler has over 12 years of early careers recruitment experience. Prior to joining the Firm, he served the North American Talent Acquisition team at McKinsey & Company where he focused on entry level and lateral hiring in the Carolinas. He also led LGBTQ recruitment initiatives for several North American offices. Tyler holds a Master of Studies in Law with a concentration in Human Resources from Wake Forest University School of Law.
