Brad Bugdanowitz is a retired partner of Goodwin, an international law firm. He previously served as counsel to the firm's business law department. From 2008 to 2020, Mr. Bugdanowitz was a partner in the firm’s business law department specializing in merger and acquisition transactions and securities offerings, also serving as Chairman of the San Francisco office from 2012 to 2017.
