Kevin Boyle is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group. Kevin represents both public and private company clients across the life sciences industry. He joined Goodwin in 2022.
Kevin’s work extends throughout the corporate lifecycle. He advises private company clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including seed, venture and growth equity financings and general corporate governance matters. Additionally, he advises public company clients on various capital market transactions, such as follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings and private placements of equity securities. Kevin also counsels several publicly traded companies in ongoing SEC compliance and corporate governance matters.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
While attending law school, Kevin was a law clerk at Goodwin during the 2021-2022 school year and a judicial intern in the fall of 2020 for U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler in the District of Massachusetts. Also, Kevin was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2021. Prior to law school, Kevin was a litigation case assistant at Goodwin from 2017-2019. Kevin attended and provided litigation support to attorneys and clients in the courtroom for three trials: Western Federal District of Missouri, Federal District of New Jersey (Newark), and Delaware Chancery Court (Wilmington).
Kevin served as a Note Editor for the Suffolk University Law School Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
Kevin is a current coach and volunteer for Boston Youth Lacrosse Association (BYL). Boston Youth Lacrosse Association is a not-for-profit organization established to teach the youth of Boston’s communities the game of lacrosse. Kevin began coaching and volunteering with BYL in the fall of 2020.
