Jason Boratko is a Compliance Attorney for Employment in Goodwin’s General Counsel Office. In that role, Jason advises the firm’s Global Operations Team on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; prepares and reviews internal and vendor contracts; manages required employee trainings; and assists in firm policy development.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Jason worked as a Hearing Officer and Analyst for the City of Boston’s Office of Labor Relations, where he mediated hearings between labor unions and city departments, drafted city-wide policy, and worked alongside staff attorneys in contract bargaining. He also has client-facing and administrative legal experience from his time as a Labor and Employment Paralegal for Shipman & Goodwin LLP in Hartford, CT, and as an Information Governance Analyst for WilmerHale.
