Brian Beaulieu is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Real Estate Industry group. Mr. Beaulieu represents real estate owners and investors in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including asset-level acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture arrangements, and borrower-side financing transactions. Mr. Beaulieu also represents institutional investment funds in connection with structuring subscription secured credit facilities. He joined Goodwin in 2021.
Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Beaulieu was an associate at Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP, where he advised developers and institutional lenders on complex commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters, and financing transactions. Mr. Beaulieu also advised clients on and negotiated construction contracts, including architectural and engineering agreements.
While in law school, Mr. Beaulieu served as a writer and Comment Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review.
