Lihui Bai is a science advisor in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice, within in the firm’s Litigation department. She contributes to the firm’s work in patent litigation, patent opinions, and due diligence. She is a registered patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and her practice is limited to matters and proceedings for the USPTO.
