Tinyan Fagbire

Tinyan Fagbire is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Real Estate Industry group and Hospitality and Leisure practice. Tinyan has experience advising UK and foreign investors, developers and financial institutions on all areas of real estate, focusing on acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters. Tinyan also has experience advising on a range of cross-jurisdictional matters relating to the hotel sector, including management agreements, franchise agreements, mixed-use developments, and branded residence developments. TInyan joined Goodwin in 2018.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Tinyan was an associate in the real estate team at Jones Day in their London office, and trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (previously Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP).
