Abby Appel

Abby Appel is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin. She joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2022.

Abby is currently on secondment at BXP until October 2024, where she is working on a variety of real estate matters and real estate related contracts including commercial leasing, licensing, development, property management, and agreements to provide services.

While attending law school, Abby served as the Women in Business Law Graduate Fellow and was a Clinical Associate for the New Business Community Law Clinic. In addition, Abby led the Foster Education Project, pairing students with foster youth in need of an educational advocate.

Prior to law school, Abby worked at the Children’s Law Center in Washington, DC on the Evaluation and Learning team.

Abby is a recipient of Pro Bono Honors and holds a Public Interest and Social Justice law certificate from Berkeley Law.
