Mehack Ali

Mehack Ali is an associate in the Business Law department and a member of the Technology group at Goodwin. Mehack represents emerging growth companies throughout the corporate lifecycle and advises them on all aspects of formation, fundraisings, acquisitions, exits, and corporate governance. Mehack also represents venture capital and other strategic investors, counseling them on executing successful investment transactions. Her representations range across a variety of technology-driven companies. She joined the firm in 2024.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mehack was an associate in the New York office of Foley Hoag LLP.
