The Life Sciences team advised Isomorphic Labs on expanding its strategic research collaboration with Novartis. Under the terms of the agreement, IsoLabs and Novartis will expand the scope of the initial collaboration, adding up to three additional research programs on the same financial terms as the original agreement.
Isomorphic Labs was founded in 2021, building on the success of AlphaFold 2, and with a distinct focus on the application of AI to drug discovery to advance a new era of medical breakthroughs. Isomorphic Labs was founded and is led by AI pioneer Sir Demis Hassabis and is backed by Alphabet, Google’s parent company.
