Partner Daniel Isaacs has been named a 2025 Rising Star by Venture Capital Journal. The annual list honors the world’s most talented up-and-coming venture capital professionals under the age of 40 who are making a significant impact in the venture capital industry.
Venture Capital Journal called Isaacs a “go-to attorney for a host of venture firms and VC-backed companies in life sciences, healthcare, cybersecurity and fintech.” In addition to his expertise in venture capital and growth equity financings, he also advises clients on pre-incorporation planning and formation, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate representation and counseling.
Isaacs was previously recognized as an Up & Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and One to Watch by Best Lawyers for Technology Law. He also received the firm’s Robert B. Fraser Pro Bono Award, which is presented annually by Goodwin to those who have made significant contributions to the firm’s pro bono efforts.
Beyond his practice, Isaacs serves on Goodwin’s Technology Associate Development, Technology M&A Knowledge Management, and pro bono Neighborhood Business Initiative Steering Committees. He recently co-authored an article, “What’s Next for AI?”, that was featured in The Licensing Journal.
