Goodwin has advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (“Berenberg”) on super senior aspects for the financing of the acquisition of BSI Software Group (“BSI”). Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”) have acquired a majority stake in the company, which is based in Baden, Switzerland.
