Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Anna Humphrey will join the firm’s ERISA and Executive Compensation practice as a partner, resident in the London office.

Anna has extensive experience advising on the full range of employee incentive matters, including structuring and implementing the equity incentive arrangements of private and public companies and multinational groups. Predominantly advising clients in the technology and life sciences sectors, she supports growth companies and their investors throughout the lifecycle and regularly advises on strategic M&A transactions and IPO mandates. Anna is ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories and as a “Highly Regarded Practitioner” in ITR’s World Tax rankings.
