Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Kaitlin Betancourt has joined the firm’s Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice as partner in the New York office.

Kaitlin joins from Prudential Financial as Chief Legal Officer of Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and AI where she led, managed, and oversaw cybersecurity, data privacy, and artificial intelligence for Prudential’s insurance and asset management businesses. In joining Goodwin, Kaitlin advises clients on cybersecurity law and compliance, enabling clients and businesses to overcome complex legal and regulatory issues and risks related to cyber security and privacy matters. She has a deep understanding of cybersecurity concerns and issues of corporate clients, including private funds and asset managers.
