Goodwin has hired contract software giant Ironclad Inc.'s chief community officer as its Silicon Valley-based chief operating officer, the firm said Monday. Mary O'Carroll will oversee Goodwin's global operations team of more than 1,000 business professionals. She will be responsible for developing objectives and operational strategies, controls and procedures aligned with the firm's overall direction and goals, according to Goodwin.
