The Asset Management Transactions group advised Boyd Watterson Asset Management in a strategic combination with Amber Infrastructure Group. Upon completion of the transaction, the combined business will be a global diversified real estate, infrastructure, and fixed income asset management platform with over $35 billion in assets under management.
