The coming year may not have much drama at the top of the ballot in a state that has not voted for a Republican presidential candidate in 40 years, but Appellate & Supreme Court Litigation co-chair Kevin Martin said there is still likely to be election-related litigation in Massachusetts courts. "There are a ton of ballot questions winding their way through the signature collection process, and I assume there are going to be challenges to those," Martin said to Law360.
