The firmwide recognition was calculated based on the strength of firms’ legal innovations, alongside scored assessments of digital maturity, commitment to pro bono, employee engagement programs, and financial success.
Financial Times also recognized Goodwin’s work across the practice of law and the business of law. The report commended a Goodwin Life Sciences team that advised Nimbus in its sale to Takeda of Nimbus Lakshmi and its tyrosine kinase 2 (Tyk2) inhibitor program for $4 billion upfront and up to $2 billion in commercial-related milestone payments.
The Report also recognized Goodwin’s GenAI Future@Goodwin program as a standout entry.
