Global law firm Goodwin today announced that David Lynn joined the firm as chair of its Public Company Advisory practice, and partner in its Capital Markets practice. He is resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

In his role as Chief Counsel, Dave provided interpretive advice, formulated policy recommendations and led rulemaking efforts. He is a widely-recognized thought leader on securities and governance issues, including Senior Editor of TheCorporateCounsel.net, a leading source on securities, governance, executive compensation, and corporate law matters.
