The London Technology team advised Gensyn on the completion of its $43 million Series A fundraise. A16z Crypto led the round, alongside CoinFund, Canonical Crypto, Protocol Labs, Eden Block, Maven 11 and various angel investors.
Goodwin also advised Gensyn on the closing of its $6.5 million seed round led by Eden Block in March 2022.
Gensyn, founded in 2020 by Ben Fielding and Harry Grieve, is a London based blockchain start-up that is building a cost-efficient and decentralized deep learning and machine learning compute network that allows deep and machine learning models to be trained at an unprecedented scale and efficiency.
The Goodwin team was led by Richard Bloomfield, Lucy Thomas, Harriet Worthington and Michael Daya-Winterbottom.
