Agar is a Private Equity partner in Goodwin’s London office, where she advises on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on mid-market private equity transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity investments. She advises clients across a variety of industries, including technology, software, healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, food, and consumer products.
Financial News highlighted Agar’s experience leading several significant deals for Accel-KKR, including its investment in ticketing innovations company Masabi, and advising Arma Partners on its strategic acquisition by Mediobanca, a specialized financial group in Italy.
