Over the past year, the Goodwin team has advised on the formation of several notable funds. This work includes advising Advent International on the fundraising for its flagship fund, Advent International GPE X, which reached its hard cap of $25 billion in less than six months in the market, and Intermediate Capital Group on the structuring and fundraising of its eighth European Corporate fund, which held a final close with a total fund size of €8.1 billion.
In November, Goodwin was named the 2023 US News – Best Lawyers Best Law Firms Private Funds/Hedge Funds Law Firm of the Year.
