Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Pavel Shaitanoff joined the Private Equity practice as partner, resident in the New York office.

Shaitanoff advises private equity and corporate strategic clients on public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, co-investments and general corporate matters. He also assists private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation, and sale of portfolio companies. Shaitanoff represents clients investing in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and real estate.
