The London Real Estate Industry team advised global real estate investment manager, Kennedy Wilson, on the formation of a joint venture with Singapore sovereign wealth fund, GIC, to acquire and manage last-mile urban logistics properties in the UK, with the potential to expand into Ireland and Spain, targeting a total portfolio of $1 billion. As part of the transaction, Kennedy Wilson have seeded the joint venture with a $220 million portfolio comprising 18 urban logistics assets in prime locations in the UK.
