Goodwin partner Stuart Cable was recently elected as a Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel. Established in 2014, the American College of Governance Counsel is a professional association comprised of preeminent corporate governance practitioners, general counsel and academic leaders from the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Cable currently serves as chair of the M&A and Corporate Finance practices for the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences practice areas. Over the course of his distinguished 40 year career, he has played a central role in executing more than 300 M&A transactions, many of which were among the largest and most significant in the history of their respective industries. He has also been recognized for excellence by Chambers USA, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 and Law360, and was recently named the 2019 LMG Life Sciences Corporate Attorney of the Year.
