The Technology team advised Dynatrace on its $620 million initial public offering of 38.8 million shares of common stock at $16 per share, including full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The offering also included the sale of an aggregate of approximately 2 million shares by certain selling shareholders of the company. The company’s shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 1, 2019. Backed by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, Dynatrace is listed under the symbol DT.
